With the new update of the Go app, several of DJI drones can now stream live aerial videos directly from their cameras to Facebook. Inspire and Phantom are among these drones.
The new version of DJI Go app is available for iOS and Android. Among the benefits for users is the increased exposure of their work to a broader audience. For example, people could start video-sharing aerial footage of events or landscapes on real-time with their Facebook family, friends, and followers.
Compatible DJI drones can also do live streaming via Periscope and YouTube.
According to CNET, DJI is encouraging users to get creative and share their videos through the hashtag #DJILiveFB. Some of the entries will be featured on the DJI Facebook page. And, users could also win a Phantom 4 drone!
